Return Policy

You can return any item within 30 calendar days for any reason if the following conditions are met:

Ready to assemble cabinets and accessories:

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
  • We reserve the right to apply restocking fee of up to 25% for any product return.
    The final restocking fee will depend on condition of item(s).
  • You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.
  • All return shipments must be traceable. Most shipping companies provide tracking numbers.
  • Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. We can arrange the return shipping for you; in this case the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Assembled cabinets:

Assembled items are difficult to ship due to size limitations. Extra care is required when returning assembled cabinets.

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.

Shipping Policy

Ready to assemble cabinet orders usually leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days after after placing an order. Products marked as “Special Order” may require up to 5 weeks of lead time. Standard transit time is 1-6 business days after leaving the warehouse. Shipping estimate is displayed on cabinet style pages below product specifications page. Assembled cabinet orders require extra preparation and assembly time, they usually leave warehouse in 5-10 business days after placing an order.

We ship within contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are shipped on case by case basis depending on order size and destination. All delivery dates displayed on the website are estimates based on previous experience. You will be provided with tracking information and shipping company contact details. We do not recommend scheduling any remodeling or other activities dependant on our products until the products are delivered and inspected.

Shipping Price

The shipping and handling price will be calculated at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping price for oversized items and deliveries to remote locations.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $2100. It applies to any address within contiguous 48 states. Free shipping offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations. We reserve the right to add a shipping fee for deliveries to remote locations.

Shipping Damage Policy

We strive to minimize shipping damage by choosing reputable shipping carriers and professional packaging materials. However, there are no damage proof items. All shipping damages fall into two main categories: visible and concealed damage.

Visible Damage. Any noticeable damage to shipment must be noted on delivery receipt. Driver will ask you to sign delivery receipt, note damages before signing the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 7 calendar days to report shipping damage.

Concealed Damage. If you find damaged items inside undamaged box, report the damages within 14 calendar days after receipt of shipment. Be prepared to submit photos of damage.
If any shipping damage is reported in more than 14 calendar days after receipt of shipment, we will not be able to provide replacement parts at no charge. Shipping companies usually do not accept damage claims that are submitted late.

 

Missing Items

Count all items at the time of delivery. Product shortage is unusual and rarely happens but should be handled properly.  If anything is missing, note the shortage on delivery receipt. All cabinet boxes have product code printed on them (e g W0936 or B30) for easier identifying.
