| Full Overlay Installation | |

| Cabinets with full overlay doors have minimal clearance between the doors/drawers and cabinet edges. If a cabinet is positioned next to a wall or other surface (e.g. refrigerator panel), we recommend adding at least 1/4" additional clearance to allow doors and drawers operate smoothly. While 1/4" is the minimum recommended, some applications may require a greater clearance depending on hardware and other project requirements. It is recommended to use scribe moldings and wall/base fillers to bridge any resulting gaps. In general, additional spacing between standard cabinets is not necessary, except in specific situations - for example, when cabinets have different depths (e.g., a 12" deep wall cabinet next to a 24" deep pantry). In addition to the standard and additional clearance, adjust the hinge and drawer slide settings to achieve the desired door/drawer clearance and alignment.
