Shipping damage rates are low. However, if you see damage during delivery, please note the damage on delivery receipt before signing it. If boxes look acceptable on outside but there is a damage inside the boxes, please report the damage within 7 calendar days after receiving the order. Do not refuse the shipment. In case of shipment refusal we have to wait until the shipment arrives back to our warehouse, gets inspected and then ship the new items.
